City Center Executive Plaza - Completed 20,000 square foot Class “A” commercial office building on time and under budget.
Landen Bias Corp. - Designed and implemented "Coach-Net" a suite of private label roadside and customer assistance products as standard equipment on 65% of the recreational vehicle industry’s production driving annual growth of the Coach Net product 25% a year . Clients included Ford Motor Company, Detroit Michigan, National RV Corp. and Airstream Trailer Company. Managed a merger between Landen Bias Corp. and the National Motor Club of America/ United Insurance Company (NYSE UICI) in 2003 for $7M.
CompuNet Credit Services, Inc. – Took a company from start-up to $6M in revenues. Acquired Colonial Credit Consultants and sold the company for $18M to First Advantage Corporation (now CoreLogic).
Information Solutions, Inc – Led the company successfully through a Chapter 11 reorganization and sold to a group of investors.
London Arms Pub & Playhouse – purchased an out of business brewery for $1.2M at auction. Converted it to a thriving dinner theatre entertaining more than 20,000 patrons before selling for $2.4M eighteen months later.
Refuge Golf & Country Club – Purchased a foreclosed upon 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. Added $3M in amenities including a resort swimming pool, 200-seat event & entertainment center and a 61-site luxury Class “A” motorhome resort. Improved EBITDA an average of 30% YOY for four years.
